These terms govern your use of Gooder, an app for dog trainers and their clients. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Gooder lets trainers track training sessions, assign homework, and share report cards; clients can view their dog's training and submit practice updates. Gooder is currently in early access: features may change, and occasional downtime or bugs are possible.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to share any client or dog information you enter.
You own the content you put into Gooder — session notes, photos, and records. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process, and display that content to the people you share it with. Report-card links are private URLs: anyone you give a link to can view that report card.
You can stop using Gooder and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Gooder is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Gooder is a record-keeping tool and is not responsible for training outcomes.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
